You know that feeling when you realize, we can’t do this alone anymore?
There are 38,967 local and county governments in the US, and yet just over 100 STR advocacy organizations ready to respond to legislative threats (see if there’s one in your area here). And most of those groups are doing it with strapped volunteer hours, on a shoestring budget, and in reaction mode.
Meanwhile, STR regulations are accelerating, and in many places, STR opponents are showing up well-funded and with expensive lawyers, lobbyists, and coordinated campaigns. Trying to fight smarter, faster, and stronger with one hand tied behind our backs is just not going to cut it anymore.
Enter: the Right to Rent Collaborative (R2RC), a brand new organization with the sole purpose and mission to give STR associations and advocacy leaders the tools, funding, and firepower we actually need.
With R2RC, we’re no longer here to play defense; we’re here to change the game. Here’s how you can tag in:
All: Apply for future Advisory Committee and Board positions with Right to Rent here.
Property managers: Collect and donate $2 per reservation through the Right to Rent Program, available soon on most property management systems, including Guesty, Escapia, Hostfully, Hospitable, and OwnerRez! Sign up for alerts for when your PMS activates the Right to Rent Program.
STR owners: Donate directly at r2rcollaborative.org/owners.
STR association leaders: Get pre-qualified for grants and become a Member Association of Right to Rent by filling out this form.

Every contribution counts!
