CITY OF SAN ANTONIO ORDINANCE

STRs are required to have a permit, subject to caps and density limits on whole-home STRs. STRs are also required to meet other operational, safety, and advertising requirements.

TEXAS 6% HOTEL OCCUPANCY TAX (HOT)

All short-term rental owners in Texas are subject to the state’s 6% Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT).
