Part I: Preventing the Preventable in Your STR
(First 45 minutes)

In this session, we’ll help identify trouble spots in your property through the lens of damage, safety, nuisances and insurance and how to prevent problems before they occur, giving you (and your neighbors) the ultimate peace of mind.

Part II: Promoting the Positive in Your Community
(Second 45 minutes)

In this session, we’ll take our takeaways from session I and explore how to engage with your elected officials and broader community to promote the unique and important role that STRs play in your local tourism economy for positive regulatory and community outcomes.

Come for part I, II or both! In each, we’ll breakout into small-group discussions with other hosts and managers, followed by a panel Q&A with subject matter experts from NoiseAware, Breezeway and Proper Insurance.
